Now hiring: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in DeSoto County, Florida. The job is at a paint and panel shop. You should have: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Day to day you will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection.
