Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal On a typical shift you will inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
