Scullery hand wanted in Tehama County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Tehama County, California. On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
