Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
