Body shop technician — Logan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a body shop technician in Logan County, West Virginia. You will be based at a paint and panel shop. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Day to day you will pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $6,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
