Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Can read work instructions and basic measurements On a typical shift you will solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards.
