Bar bender and fixer wanted in Olorunda

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Olorunda, Osun State. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) The role involves: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
