We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Clarke County, Mississippi. Day to day you will keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter. What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
