Glass and glazing technician wanted in Claiborne County

Join our team: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Claiborne County, Tennessee. You will be based in a mirror and glass showroom. Your main tasks: • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
