Restaurant steward — Franklin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Franklin County, Washington. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Your main tasks: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
