Great opportunity: powder spray gun operator (Maryland)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
