Requirements: • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Own hand tools an advantage Day to day you will seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers; fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; work from cutting lists and installation drawings; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels.
