Halal butcher wanted in North Lincolnshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring a halal butcher in North Lincolnshire, England. You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 5+ years on the tools preferred.
