Reinforcement fitter • Coffee County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Coffee County, Georgia. Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements The role involves set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing.
