Grill cook wanted in Claiborne County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Claiborne County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
