Immediate opening: we are hiring an escalator technician in Misau, Bauchi State. The job is in a machine room on the rooftop. Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces On the job you will handle: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
