Fire and safety officer wanted in Powell County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Powell County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Full-time with occasional weekends.
