Coating plant operator — Mississippi County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Mississippi County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
