Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel welder in Grand Forks County, North Dakota. Your main tasks: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch Ideal candidate: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
