MIG/MAG welder wanted in Seneca County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Seneca County, Ohio. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding The role involves set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch.
