Shuttering carpenter • Giles County, Tennessee

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Giles County, Tennessee. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. You should have: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level On the job you will handle: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
