Light vehicle driver wanted in Rappahannock County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a light vehicle driver in Rappahannock County, Virginia. The job is at a courier and logistics company. On a typical shift you will check tyre pressure and report worn or damaged tyres; load and unload parcels and secure the load with straps and ropes; follow loading sequence so first-drop parcels stay within reach; carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights; deliver goods to customers and collect signatures or proof of delivery; keep the cabin and load area clean and tidy. Requirements: • Polite and presentable for customer-facing deliveries • Valid Class B / LMV driving licence • Good knowledge of city roads, routes and shortcuts $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
