Port container crane operator wanted in Bamberg County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Bamberg County, South Carolina. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. On the job you will handle: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams Requirements: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Full-time, day shift.
