Fry cook wanted in Pike County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Pike County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Overtime paid at a premium rate.
