Canteen cook wanted in Yadkin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Yadkin County, North Carolina. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
