Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Northampton County, North Carolina. You will be based at a cake shop. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time, day shift. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
