HVAC-R technician — Shelby County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Shelby County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Valid driving licence for field call-outs You will service split AC units and VRF systems; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch.
