Now hiring: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Sabine Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Your main tasks: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear 4+ years on the tools preferred.
