Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Woods County, Oklahoma. The job is in a busy paint shop. Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
