Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Taney County, Missouri. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On the job you will handle: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Performance bonus on top of base pay.
