Now hiring: HVAC-R technician (Connecticut)

Join our team: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Naugatuck Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based at a busy refrigeration workshop. On the job you will handle: • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays Requirements: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
