We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Boone County, Indiana. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Part-time with flexible hours. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
