Site safety steward — Harding County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site safety steward in Harding County, South Dakota. You will be based on a road and infrastructure project. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills The role involves carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
