Join our team: cnc turning machinist (Alabama)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Coosa County, Alabama. Day to day you will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; write and edit G-code programs at the control; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles. You should have: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
