Join our team: tandoor cook (Missouri)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Miller County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
