Elevator service technician — San Mateo County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator service technician in San Mateo County, California. You will adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; run load and overload tests with test weights; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Performance bonus on top of base pay.
