Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 4+ years on the tools preferred.
