Vacancy available: we are hiring a MIG welder in Bagudo, Kebbi State. Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety On a typical shift you will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence.
