Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Osceola County, Iowa. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Rotating shifts.
