Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₦270,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
