Concrete pump mate — Saint Tammany Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Saint Tammany Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a ready-mix concrete plant. Day to day you will set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing. You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
