Wall and floor tiler wanted in Burke County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a wall and floor tiler in Burke County, Georgia. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. Requirements: • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage On the job you will handle: • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter Full-time with occasional weekends.
