Fabricator-welder • Karim Lamido, Taraba State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Karim Lamido, Taraba State. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Day to day you will tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
