Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Sunderland, England. On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
