Blocklayer • Iredell County, North Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a blocklayer in Iredell County, North Carolina. You will work on a new-build development. Day-to-day duties: • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb You should have: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
