Immediate opening: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Gallatin County, Montana. Day to day you will carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors. Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
