Refrigeration and AC technician — Columbia County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Columbia County, Arkansas. You will be based on residential and commercial sites. Day-to-day duties: • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge You should have: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds 1+ years on the tools preferred.
