Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Mecklenburg County, Virginia. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Day to day you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time with occasional weekends. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
