You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
