Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory The role involves fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; give each garment a final press before packing; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $6,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
